Q: What types of enzymes do you supply, and what industries are they applied to?

A: We supply a wide ranges of enzymes, including cellulase, amylase, lipase, protease, xylanase, pectinase etc. and customized enzyme preparations. Our products are widely applied in paper & pulp, detergent, food & beverage, feed, cosmetics, leather and wastewater treatment industries etc., with tailored solutions for different production demands.

Q: What's your lead time for international orders?

Under China's export policy for enzyme products, we need to apply for CIQ approval to export. Production time and CIQ time of a bulk order normally takes around one month.  

Q: What payment terms do you accept?

We offer secure and flexible payment terms, including T/T, L/C at sight, Paypal/Western Union (typically for sample or small order payments).

Q: Can you provide sample for testing before a bulk order.

Yes. We provide free small samples for quality and performance testing, you only need to bear the small courier cost. We will send the samples to you by DHL/FedEx/UPS within one week after confirming your sample request and shipping address.

Q: How can you gurantee your quality?

A: We highly value long-term parnership, not just one-time business, so quality is our top priority. We have our own well-equipped biological laboratory and microbiological testing laboratory where we can conduct strain screening, enzyme activity testing, and microbial detection etc. In order to guarantee product quality, in our daily quality control we test every batch of raw material, frequently take random prodution samples to test, and send samples to third parties like SGS, BV, Pony for testing. We are also happy to send pre-shipment samples for your evaluation.

Q: Do you provide OEM/ODM service?

A: Yes, we can customize the formula, packaging, and labeling according to regional market requirements and customer preferences. Our R&D and production team has rich experience in OEM/ODM cooperation, and we will strictly protect your brand and formula confidentiality.

Q: What's the MOQ for your enzyme products?

A: Our MOQ is flexible, we can accept both FCL and LCL. For long-term cooperative customers, we can adjust the MOQ according to your actual procurement plan to reduce your inventory pressure. Contact us with the products you are interested in and your quantity.
