Product Description
Fruit Wine Compound Enzyme is a combination and optimization of multiple enzymes such as pectinase, xylanase, and cellulase. With its rational and efficient compound ratio, it maximizes the efficacy of various enzyme preparations. It has been widely applied in the production of fruit wines.
Working Principle
It can effectively decompose components like pectin, cellulose, and xylan in fruits. Primarily, it is used to increase the yield of wine in the early stage of fruit wine brewing and to enhance both wine yield and clarity during the brewing process. Specifically, it can:
Decompose cellulose in fruits to improve juice yield and fruit wine clarity.
Degrade hemicellulose in raw materials to break plant cell walls, enabling the full release of cellular contents.
Degrade polysaccharide chains in pectin to reduce viscosity, accelerate filtration speed, and improve clarity and juice yield.
Prevent gelation of fruit pulp and concentrated juice, and enhance the color of grape juice.
Shorten fermentation time, facilitate fruit wine filtration, and improve the quality of the wine.

Usage Instructions
For every kilogram of fruit wine complex enzyme, add 5-10 kilograms of 30℃-45℃ warm water to dilute it, then pour it into the original pulp tank and stir evenly. The recommended addition amount is 0.5~3kg/ton of raw materials.
Precautions
Enzymes are protein-based substances. For sensitive individuals, inhalation of enzyme powder or droplets may case allergic reactions. Prolonged exposure may irritate the skin, eyes and mucous membranes. It is recommended to wear a face mask during operation. If the product accidentally splashes onto the skin or eyes, rinse immediately with clean water.

As a bioactive substance, the enzyme may deactivate under high temperature, strong acids, or strong alkalis. Therefore, avoid direct sunlight during transportation and storage. And After opening, reseal tightly to prevent enzyme deactivation. Keep in a clean, cool, and dry warehouse.
