Product Detail

Beating Enzyme - Energy-Saving Biological Enzyme Preparation for Papermaking Pulp Fiber Treatment

Product Description

Beating Enzyme is a papermaking biological enzyme preparation composed of a variety of bioenzymes. Used as a pre-grinding treatment for pulp fibers, it can significantly reduce beating energy consumption and improve the physical strength of finished paper.

Working Principle

Beating Enzyme acts on the cellulose in the cell walls P (primary wall) and S1 (outer layer of secondary wall), making the cell wall structure looser, enhancing liquid permeability and promoting fiber swelling, which facilitates the peeling of the S1 layer. This makes it easier for the mechanical force of pulping to delaminate and break fiber cell walls, and improves the fibrillation of the S2 (secondary wall) layer, thereby reducing electricity consumption during beating and achieving the goal of energy saving and consumption reduction.

Features and Benefits

1. Reduces beating energy consumption, and makes fibers more prone to water absorption, swelling and fibrillation;

2. Effectively promotes the separation and fragmentation of fiber cell walls, and shortens grinding time of the grinding plate;

3. Enhances the bonding force between fibers, thereby improving the physical strength indicators of finished paper;

4. Reduces the working intensity of the pulping machine and extends the service life of refiner plates.

Usage Instructions

1. Add the enzyme at a suitable position before the pulper or before the pulping process, which requires a reaction time of more than half an hour.

2. Apply in batch or continuous mode according to the pulping process. Dosage: 100–200 g/ton (based on absolute dry pulp).

3. Optimal reaction temperature: 35-65℃, optimal reaction pH: 6.0-10.0;

4. Recommended reaction time: 45-90 minutes.

Precautions

Enzymes are protein-based substances. Prolonged exposure may irritate the skin, eyes and mucous membranes. It is recommended to wear a face shield for protection during operation. If the product accidentally splashes onto the skin or eyes, please immediately rinse with clean water.

Package and Storage

The liquid is packaged in 25kg plastic drums or 1000kg IBC tanks or customized.

As a bioactive substance, the enzyme may deactivate under high temperature, strong acids, or strong alkalis. Therefore, avoid direct sunlight during transportation and storage. And After opening, reseal tightly to prevent enzyme deactivation. Keep in a clean, cool, and dry warehouse.
