Product Description
Acid Protease is refined from selected strains through deep liquid fermentation. It can catalyze the hydrolysis of proteins under low pH conditions, acting on the amide bonds in protein molecules to hydrolyze proteins into polypeptides and amino acids. Acid Protease a solid product with good thermostability and excellent enzymatic activity even at low pH. Acid Protease is widely used in animal and plant protein processing, alcohol production, brewing industry, etc.
Working Principle
Acid protease belongs to the class of hydrolases. It can cleave peptide bonds composed of various amino acids, preferentially cleaving peptide bonds between aromatic or hydrophobic amino acid residues at both ends, producing small peptides and amino acids.

Usage Instructions
The recommended dosage is 0.01–1 kg per ton of raw material.
However, due to differences in application fields, raw material composition and process parameters in different factories, the actual addition method and dosage of this product should be determined through tests.
Precautions
Enzymes are protein-based substances. For sensitive individuals, inhalation of enzyme powder or droplets may case allergic reactions. Prolonged exposure may irritate the skin, eyes and mucous membranes. It is recommended to wear a face mask during operation. If the product accidentally splashes onto the skin or eyes, rinse immediately with clean water.
Package and Storage
Package Options: 25kg plastic drums or 1000kg IBC tanks or customized.
As a bioactive substance, the enzyme may deactivate under high temperature, strong acids, or strong alkalis. Therefore, avoid direct sunlight during transportation and storage. And After opening, reseal tightly to prevent enzyme deactivation. Keep in a clean, cool, and dry warehouse.
