Product Description
Alkaline Protease is a food-grade enzyme preparation made by deep liquid fermentation, extraction, concentration, drying and refining of selected Bacillus subtilis. Alkaline Protease is an enzyme that can hydrolyze peptide bonds in proteins under alkaline conditions and has a wide range of applications mainly centered on its function of hydrolyzing protein peptide bonds.
Working Principle
Alkaline protease is a serine endoprotease due to the serine in its active center. It can hydrolyze peptide chains in protein molecules to produce polypeptides and amino acids, with strong protein hydrolysis capacity. Alkaline protease also exhibits the functions of hydrolyzing ester bonds, amide bonds, transesterification and transpeptidation, and can catalyze the synthesis of polypeptides in organic solvents.

Usage Instructions
The recommended dosage is 0.01–10kg per ton of raw material.

Precautions
Enzymes are protein-based substances. For sensitive individuals, inhalation of enzyme powder or droplets may case allergic reactions. Prolonged exposure may irritate the skin, eyes and mucous membranes. It is recommended to wear a face mask during operation. If the product accidentally splashes onto the skin or eyes, rinse immediately with clean water.

As a bioactive substance, the enzyme may deactivate under high temperature, strong acids, or strong alkalis. Therefore, avoid direct sunlight during transportation and storage. And After opening, reseal tightly to prevent enzyme deactivation. Keep in a clean, cool, and dry warehouse.
