The 5-in-1 Detergent Enzyme Blend is a specialized additive formulated for detergent formulations. It combines alkaline protease, lipase, amylase, mannanase, and cellulase to deliver an efficient cleaning solution against a broad range of mixed stains. Highly stable in most detergent formulations, this enzyme blend enhances cleaning performance by effectively breaking down complex stains on fabrics like fats, proteins, and starches.

Working Principle Function in Washing

• Alkaline Protease: Breaks down protein-based stains, such as blood and food residue.

• Lipase: Effectively targets fat-based stains like oils and grease.

• Amylase: Breaks down starches found in food and other organic matter.

• Mannanase: Degrades mannan, a common thickening agent in food stains.

• Cellulase: Helps maintain fabric softness and brightness by removing microfibrils from cotton fabrics.

The blend’s unique synergistic effect enhances the detergent’s ability to remove complex stains that consist of fats, proteins, and starches. Usage Instructions

The 5-in-1 Detergent Enzyme Blend is effective at typical washing temperatures (20–60°C) and pH levels (7–11). The recommended dosage for detergent formulations is 0.5–2.0%, depending on the formulation and desired cleaning strength.

Package and Storage

Package Options:

Solid form: 1kg or 25kg or customized.

Liquid form: 25kg plastic drum, IBC tank or customized.

Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place, protected from direct sunlight. The product has a shelf life of 12 months when stored at temperatures below 25°C. Partial enzymatic activity may still be retained beyond this period if stored in a contamination-free environment. If the product is used past its expiration date, the dosage should be adjusted as appropriate. 

Precautions

Enzymes are protein-based substances. For sensitive individuals, inhalation of enzyme powder or droplets may case allergic reactions. Prolonged exposure may irritate the skin, eyes and mucous membranes. It is recommended to wear a face mask during operation. If the product accidentally splashes onto the skin or eyes, rinse immediately with clean water.
