Deinking Enzyme: Enhance Waste Paper Recycling Efficiency & Reduce Chemical Consumption
Product Description
Deinking Enzyme is a compound enzyme preparation specially used for waste paper deinking. It is applied for the pretreatment of the pulp before deinking, which can promote the separation of ink and maintain good dispersibility, and effectively prevent the agglomeration of ink and stickies as well as the secondary pollution to the fibers.
Working Principle
Deinking Enzyme can directly act on ink particles, decomposing ink binders, reducing their viscosity and diameter, making them easy to be peeled off from fibers under a certain mechanical shearing force.
The product acts on the fiber surface, making the surface fibrillated, thus weakening its bonding ability with ink particles. Combined with appropriate mechanical action, the ink particles attached to the fiber surface can be completely peeled off from the fibers. The detached ink particles are removed through the capture, swelling and emulsification of the special auxiliary agent.
Features and Benefits
1. Reduce alkali consumption (30-50% reduction in sodium silicate dosage);
2. More effectively remove ink particles;
3. Improve the whiteness and physical properties of the finished paper;
4. Reduce the BOD and COD content of wastewater and lower sewage treatment costs;
5. The condition of pipeline sludge and stickies improves after long-term use.
Usage Instructions
1. Add Deinking Enzyme and auxiliary agent into the hydrapulper, then adjust the pH value of water to 6.0-10.0;
2. Working temperature: 35-65℃, working pH: 6.0-10.0;
3. Add in batches or continuously according to the pulping method, with a dosage of 100-250mL per ton (based on shredded paper);
4. After adding Deinking Enzyme and auxiliary agent, mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes before adding paper for pulping. Pay attention to controlling the pulping time, as an overly long time will cause the detached ink particles to reattach to the fibers.
Precautions
Enzymes are protein-based substances. Prolonged exposure may irritate the skin, eyes and mucous membranes. It is recommended to wear a face shield for protection during operation. If the product accidentally splashes onto the skin or eyes, please immediately rinse with clean water.
Package and Storage
The liquid is packaged in 25kg plastic drums or 1000kg IBC tanks or customized.
As a bioactive substance, the enzyme may deactivate under high temperature, strong acids, or strong alkalis. Therefore, avoid direct sunlight during transportation and storage. And After opening, reseal tightly to prevent enzyme deactivation. Keep in a clean, cool, and dry warehouse.
