Mannanase Enzyme: The High-Efficiency Solution for Stubborn Stain Removal for Detergent, Textile & Papermaking
Product Description
Mannanase is refined through submerged liquid fermentation of selected high-yield strains, and is widely applied in the textile, papermaking, laundry detergent and other industries. Mannanase can randomly hydrolyze the main chain β-1,4-mannosidic bonds of galactomannan, glucomannan, galactoglucomannan, and mannan, producing mainly mannooligosaccharides along with a small amount of mannose.
Working Principle
Mannan-based stains are not only difficult to remove, but also tend to transfer and deposit onto the surface of clean fabrics during washing, causing yellowing and graying of the fabrics. Mannanase can decompose mannan-containing thickeners, and effectively remove common household stains based on thickeners such as chocolate, pudding, mayonnaise, ice cream and salad dressing.
In addition, mannanase can also eliminate gelatinous mannan residues (mannan residues can absorb stains and cause secondary contamination of fabrics, resulting in incomplete stain removal), achieving deep cleaning and preventing re-deposition of stains, maintaining the whiteness of white fabrics. Witrust mannanase exhibits excellent stability in most detergent formulations.
Features and Benefits
· Superior Deep Cleaning Power: Breaks down mannan-containing thickeners, ensuring thorough removal of tough mannan-based stains.
· Robust Anti-Re-deposition Performance: Effectively prevents stain redeposition by breaking down dirt-attracting mannan residues.
· Enhanced Fabric Brightness & Whiteness: Effectively preserves fabric whiteness, particularly for white textiles.
· Reliable Formulation Stability: Delivers consistent stability across most detergent formulations.
Usage Instructions
Mannanase maintains high enzymatic activity at typical washing temperatures (20–60°C) and PH levels (6-10) The recommended dosage of mannanase in detergent formulations is 0.2~0.5%.
Precautions
Enzymes are protein-based substances. For sensitive individuals, inhalation of enzyme powder or droplets may case allergic reactions. Prolonged exposure may irritate the skin, eyes and mucous membranes. It is recommended to wear a face mask during operation. If the product accidentally splashes onto the skin or eyes, rinse immediately with clean water.
Package and Storage
Package Options: 1kg/bag or 25kg/bag or customized.
Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place, protected from direct sunlight. The product has a shelf life of 12 months when stored at temperatures below 25°C. Partial enzymatic activity may still be retained beyond this period if stored in a contamination-free environment. If the product is used past its expiration date, the dosage should be adjusted as appropriate.
